Predominantlyworkingoutsideensuringthatall the instructionsfor
commissioningandstartupof all unitson the 2.2bef DolphinEnergygas
processingplantwere followedandplannedgoalsandobjectiveswere
achievedsafelyandontime.Liaisingwithnumerousvendorsand
contractors introuble shootingstartupproblems.Aftersuccessful
startupof the plant,I was transferredtoa small group,of 6 people who
preparedandplannedall aspects of the warrantyshutdown.Duringthe
warrantyshutdown,Iworkedas a seniorpermitcontrollerandarea
authority,controllingthe issuance andpreparationof all permitsrelated
to the fractionationandLPG treatmentunits.(Cold,Hot,NakedFlame,
Entry Confined,Vehicle Entry,EnergyIsolationandHighPressure Leak
Testing).
