Summary
Having grown up in Peru and with the experience of working in central London, I understand how different
cultures and ethnic backgrounds can influence young people. It has taught me how to adapt and expand teaching
strategies in different situations. I am a passionate teacher who loves working with young people and encouraging
success, understanding that teaching needs to cater to the needs of each individual. With 6 years or teaching experience
in the UK, I am highly motivated and always eager to tackle new challenges, being a role model and inspiration to
students and younger athletes. Throughout my career, I have maintained a simple ethos; ‘’Build motivation, increase
determination and instil commitment’’.
