3. COMPENSATION SPLIT
Powur is the first solar company to provide complete transparency around the COG’s (cost of goods) to install a project, and reward the
personal seller the lion's share of the net revenue. Under the Powur compensation plan, you keep 70% of the total net revenue on any project
you sell over the COG’s.
*Minimum Powur Revenue Per Project must be $1500.
*Projects can be sold under minimum revenue with a commission adjustment to equal $1500 to Powur. Example, a project sold with a total of $3,000 net revenue would
pay $1500 to consultant and $1500 to Powur.

4. REVENUE SHARE
Powur is the first solar company to offer passive Income on sales professionals sponsored into your overall group. This revenue share is also
paid from the 30% of the net revenue that powur retains, and is not paid from the sellers portion.
Powur revenue sharing provides you the ability to earn passive income on up to 6 levels of consultants, and there is no limit to the amount
you can earn from each consultant in your team.
*To count as a qualifying consultant the consultant must be active with at least 1 personal installation every 6 months OR mentor three installations every 6 months.
*Compression will occur if a consultant is not active.

6. MENTOR PROGRAM
When you join Powur, you are a “mentee”. Mentee’s must work with a mentor to sell their first 3 projects. Once a mentee has
successfully referred and sold 3 projects with their mentor, they become a consultant and earn the full commission.
If you have over 1 year of solar sales experience in a previous company, you are required to mentor 1 project to learn the Powur
systems, technologies, and tools before you are eligible to sell your own projects.
After you have achieved 5 sold personal contracts with the company, have been active for over 90 days, and have at least 1 sold project
per month you are eligible to become a mentor.

COMMISSION SCHEDULE
40% of your installation commission is paid at M1 (capped at $2,000), which is when Powur receives the first commission from installers
for the project. 60% of your remaining commission (or totaling 100% of the remainder) is paid at M2, when Powur receives the final
payment. We pay M1 and M2 commissions daily through Powur’s proprietary compensation engine. Commissions are clawed back if your
project does not get installed after an M1 payment.
REVENUE SHARING
100% of revenue sharing is paid when your team’s projects are installed. We pay revenue sharing commissions weekly, every Friday.
