7 exciting years promoting innovation and spin off, leading
Genova Ricerche one of the first italian innovation centres.
Success stories:
- Altra spa: hybrid traction applied to buses, 10 years before
Toyota Prius. Today controlled by FCA - IVECO
- INFM: Italian Institut for Matter Physics, now in CNR, that
generated the embryo ideas for the Genoa IIT and Festival
della Scienza- Science Festival born in the early 2000’s.
5. Promoting R&D among entrepreneurs
of italian industrial districts, tap&valves
1996-1997
I launched a Multiclient study sponsored by 24 companies, to
promote material innovation within the sanitary tap and valve
industrial district (500 companies, North West Italy)
1998-2014
Director of Ruvaris born from the Multiclient study in 1998.
Goals:
- Ruveco® lead washing technology patented in US, applied
to 20+ process plants in the World.
- R&D projects for new material and nanocoating technologies.
6. Bridging italian grads and undergrads
with italian executives
in the Silicon Valley
1999-today
I founded La Storia nel Futuro®, cultural association to value
the local “genius” by conferences in Italian Universities
2004-today
Agreement with www.sviec.org , Silicon Valley Italian Executive
Council, to promote Silicon Valley Study Tours, 20 up to 2014.

2005-today
