1. Fill out PAARL Japan Benchmarking Tour Online
Registration Form and pay Registration fee of
Php 1,400.00 (Deadline is on July 31, 2015)
2. Fill out the PTAA-PIATA Authorization Letter for your
Visa Application processing.
3. Initial payment of USD 200/ PHP 9,100.00 is required
(non-refundable)
4. Fifty percent (50%) of the total package must be
secured on or before September 18, 2015
5. Full payment must be settled on or before October 9,
2015
Note: For passengers within Metro Manila, Travel
Warehouse Inc, will have liaison officers who can pick
up the documents for visa processing. Liaison officers
will pick up the payments.
