- Established organization system for products by creating a multiple product
inventory list using Trello.
- Tested vehicle control modules (VCMs) for functionality using TechnoResearch’s
Centurion software.
- Programmed, tested, and documented over 2000 products, and resolved 30
product issues which saved the company roughly $150 per product.
- Used communication skills to assist customers in diagnostics, motorcycle tuning,
and other issues found with their motorcycles, VCMs, or software.
- Earned excellent customer care ratings by thoroughly understanding customer
issues, providing quick problem resolution, and communicating in a professional
and courteous manner.
Beta Upsilon Chi Fraternity East Lansing, MI

- Founded Beta Upsilon Chi Fraternity’s Alpha Pi chapter.
- Responsible for planning parties, fundraisers and social events to fund the fraternity
and local charities.
- Managed fraternity budget, and enforced fraternity dues.
- Used leadership, communication, and time management skills to delegate tasks,
create budgets, implement schedules, and plan fraternity events.
- Planned and coordinated the first Annual BYX Island Party at MSU that was highly
successful and resulted in record attendance.
- Coordinated member initiations and actively supported strong relationships with
Greek bible studies and SAO sorority.
