designed before for FERTIL (an ADNOC company) at Ruwais – Abu Dhabi.

- I prepared a number of short-term English language courses designed to
fill certain language gaps. They included: Start Up with Reading (for
absolute beginners), Common mistakes in English, Enhance Your Listening
Skill (for call centre staff), Enhance Your Writing Skill, Speak Fluently (for
advanced users of English), and some other short-term ESL courses.
- I handled a one-to-one tailored English course for a senior special case.
- I designed a standard English language placement test for Burooj
employees (a subsidiary of Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank). The test is bench-
marked with IELTS® and Oxford international placement tests (general
English).
- I designed an e-classroom (on-line English training program) through the
company network for employees who couldn’t attend long-term
classroom-based English language courses.
- I designed Burooj on-line cultural magazine, “The Tower”, for the
employees’ general self/career development and to enhance the
company values.
