Writing references for Healthy food choices for a sustainable future Project. The aim of the project is to develop open badges, a gamified approach to learning, to demonstrate the different steps in gaining skills and competence in sustainable development. The purpose is to change gastronomical approaches to minimise the carbon footprint of cooking and to make it more socially, environmentally and ethically sustainable.

All information found in the e-Book and the e-Guide must be referenced to a source. This is a
guide how to write references intended for reference lists formatted according to the e-Book
and the e-Guide.
When writing a document, put the author inside parentheses. If you refer to one sentences,
the dot comes inside the parentheses. If you refer to two or more sentences, the dot comes
outside the parentheses.
This is how you wrote books to references
with one author Include (if available): author’s last name and first names letter; year of
publication; title; edition; place of publication and publisher.
