6. Terms and Conditions 6-‫والمواصفات‬ ‫الشروط‬
 Employers:
1. If the selection is based on live interview or a
direct nomination from employer side, we will
have no guarantee of the employee proficiency,
since a representative from your side will select.
2. If the selection is based on CV selection then
MYB will guarantee the qualification of all the
document representing the employee
3. In the manpower selection process we will
guarantee their professionalism in their first three
months in their probation period.
4. The Medical test will be accepted only by a G.C.C.
recognized center; the satisfied employee will take
the test directly & the report will be attested and
rechecked by the employer consulate.
 Employee:
1. You are responsible for the correctness &
qualification of all the provided documents
(Passport, CNIC, Medical Report and
certifications)
2. We will be responsible for your salary in place of
the employers in the first three months (after this
duration a relation will be built between the sides)
3. You will be responsible to perform you job
completely as our office described to you.
4. Joining any prohibited unions or groups at the
employer country will cause a direct expulsion.
5. You will be responsible to follow cultures, rules
and regulations in the employer country.
6. Drug dealing will cause a strict punishment.
7. You will be asked to reach airport 3 hours earlier
then the flight time
8. You are responsible for the language aspects.
9. In case of having any relative in the employer
country you will have to coordinate all the required
information with the employer, otherwise, your
action will be treated as an escape.

1. Demand Letter clearly specifying all the terms of
employment.
2. Power of Attorney (Wakala) through

3. Copy of the Commercial Registration (CR) of the
Employer’s Company.
4. Copy of the Visa Payment Slip (Amar Tehsil).
5. Copy of the Sponsor’s Identity Card (Betaqa
Ahwal).
 Visa Prerequisite for Job Seeker:
1. Curriculum Vitae.
2. All Education + Experience Certificates.
3. Original Computerized Passport [with all earlier
passports, if any].
4. Original Computerized National Identity Card
(CNIC).
5. Copy of National Identity Card of Nominee.
6. Medical Clearance Report from Approved
Medical Centers only.

  • 10. 9 6. Terms and Conditions 6-‫والمواصفات‬ ‫الشروط‬  Employers: 1. If the selection is based on live interview or a direct nomination from employer side, we will have no guarantee of the employee proficiency, since a representative from your side will select. 2. If the selection is based on CV selection then MYB will guarantee the qualification of all the document representing the employee 3. In the manpower selection process we will guarantee their professionalism in their first three months in their probation period. 4. The Medical test will be accepted only by a G.C.C. recognized center; the satisfied employee will take the test directly & the report will be attested and rechecked by the employer consulate.  Employee: 1. You are responsible for the correctness & qualification of all the provided documents (Passport, CNIC, Medical Report and certifications) 2. We will be responsible for your salary in place of the employers in the first three months (after this duration a relation will be built between the sides) 3. You will be responsible to perform you job completely as our office described to you. 4. Joining any prohibited unions or groups at the employer country will cause a direct expulsion. 5. You will be responsible to follow cultures, rules and regulations in the employer country. 6. Drug dealing will cause a strict punishment. 7. You will be asked to reach airport 3 hours earlier then the flight time 8. You are responsible for the language aspects. 9.
