SÉaÉoiI ATTEST Olav Terje Wergeland, født 27/12 — 1954, har vært ansatt i Statoil ASA fra 01/02 - 1987 og som senior ingeniør modifikasjoner i vår avdeling MPR PM MON PPC P5 fra 01/02 — 2014 til 30/06 —2015. Olav Terje Wergeland sine hovedarbeidsoppgaver har vært 01.02.1987 - 31.10.1998: Vedlikeholds operatør automasjon på Mongstad. 01.11.1998 - 31.09.2010: Byggleder og bygg oppfølging automasjon og elektro i modifikasjonsprosjekt på Mongstad. 01.10.2010 - 30.06.2015: Ferdigstillelse av modifikasjonsprosjekt på Mongstad. Bidratt med å få utviklet og implementert ProCoSys som standard ferdigstillelsesverktøy på Mongstad. I perioden fra 2000 og fremover har Olav Terje Wergeland i tillegg vært utlånt til større Statoil prosjekt som blant annet utbyggingen av Melkøya, Energiverket på Mongstad og oppgradering av raffineriet som SMIL og DCR prosjektet, med oppgaver innenfor installasjon og bygg oppfølging.
