Novu is looking for a talented and passionate Vice President of Experience and Design to join our team. The  ideal  candidate  will  be  experienced  leading  strategy  and  execution  in  a  collaborative  setting.  You  will conceive and lead strategy in the context of user needs and business goals, leading your team to design  solutions  for  our  unique  web  and  mobile-­‐based  health  and  wellness  loyalty  platform.  This  position reports to the Executive Vice President of Product and works closely with the Vice President of Delivery, Vice President of Marketing, Product Strategy Director, your team of UX/UI designers as well as business stakeholders.

● Develop
user
experience
strategy
for
cross
device
deployments
(PC,
tablet,
mobile/Smartphone)
● Accountable
for
an
intuitive
and
compelling
user
experience
through
the
oversight
of
visual
design,
user
experience,
and
user
testing
● Plan
and
manage
resources
for
on-­‐time,
iterative
delivery
in
a
fast-­‐paced
environment
● Perform
competitive
landscape
analysis
and
keep
the
company
versed
in
emerging
trends,
industry
standards
and
best
practices
● Collaborate
with
the
Vice
President
of
Marketing
to
ensure
marketing
and
product,
brand
and
execution
strategies
are
aligned
● Ensure
usability
testing
sessions
provide
requisite
data;
effectively
communicate
results
to
executive
leadership
and
set/change
the
course
to
act
on
findings
● Contribute
to
the
development
of
process
and
delivery
standards
for
the
UI/UX
team
Qualifications:
● UX

Design
Director-­‐level
experience
with
an
emphasis
on
mobile
first
application
design
for
a
product
● Strong
track
record
for
UX,
user/usability
testing,
and
growing
teams
● 15+
years
of
professional
experience
