Defining stress is like defining happiness.
Everyone knows what it is but no one can agree on a definition
“Stress is the emotional and physical response you experience when you
perceive an imbalance between demands placed on you and your resources at
a time when coping is important”
Sustained work related stressors lead to Burnout
