4. What are your commission ?
A. Our commission in domestic & international trade broking varies in between 2% - 10% of the total deal amount, depending
on the product and the scenario of the deal agreement.
For bringing in investments, joint ventures, mergers & acquisition, our commission is as follows:
a) For deals worth up to INR 500 million - 5% of the total deal amount.
b) For bringing in deals above INR 500 million, but below INR 1 billion - 2.5% of the total deal amount.
c) For bringing in deals worth above INR 1 billion - 1.25% of the total deal amount.
Q. When and how is the commission charged?
A. Commission for domestic & international trade broking deals are charged at the time the confirmed purchase order is given
to the seller. We accept it in the form of post dated cheques. Commission for bringing in investments, joint ventures, mergers &
acquisitions are charged at the time the agreement is signed
in between the two parties. We accept post dated cheques too, besides bank transfer.
Q. Are there any legal agreements that will be in place for your services?
A. Yes, there will be legal contract agreements in place for our services, including a Non-Circumvention Non-
Disclosure Agreement, an Irrevocable Commission Payment Order, legal rights of representation and rights to draw invoices on
behalf of our client.
Q. How much time does it take to get a trade deal?
A. It depends on the type of the deal. It can be as little as a week, or as long as a year, or even more, depending on the nature
of the deal.
