1. Should meet 60 points criteria under the pointing system
2. Minimum requirement of IELTS – General is 6.0 in each module.
3. Processing time taken under this system is 5 – 8 months
4. Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience relevant to the education.
Benefits under Skilled Independent Visa:-
1) Live and work in Australia on a permanent basis
2) Study in Australia at school, Vocational Education and Training (VET) sector
or university

3. SKILLED SPONSORED VISA (190 Sub class)
The Skilled Sponsored visa (subclass 190 is a permanent residence visa for
points-tested skilled workers who want to work and live in Australia. This Visa is
valid for 5 years. As this is the sponsor visa from the particular state, they have to
stay for at least 02 years in the same state and then move to the other states and
territories.

4. SKILLED REGIONAL VISA (489 Sub class)
The Skilled Regional visa (subclass 489 is a temporary residence visa for points-
tested skilled workers who want to work and live in Australia on a temporary
basis. This Visa is valid for 4 years. As this is the sponsor visa from the particular
state, they have to stay for at least 02 years in the same state (regional area) and
then move to the other states and territories. Once you complete the 04 years this
visa will be converted to permanent residence visa.
Eligibility requirement:-
1. Should meet 60 points criteria under the pointing system
2. Minimum requirement of IELTS – General is 6.0 in each module (Based on
state requirement).

13. CHANGING OF NOC
 If the client is having Software Tester nominated occupation and the
designations are reflected related to Software Engineer. Then this client will be
eligible for 189 sub class visa under Software Engineer nominated occupation.
If the client is having maximum of ICT Business Analyst work experience and a
minimum of ICT Project Manager work experience, still we can consider the
entire profile under ICT Business Analyst which falls under 189 sub class visa.
If the client is having some work experience into Systems Administration and
some work experience into Network Administration, still we can consider the
entire profile and nominate them under Computer Network and Systems
Engineer which is listed on 189 sub class visa.
