Field Teams.
 Drivers also can complaint about Any Team member
not wearing PPE’s & RS10000/- are awarded to driver
who points out the EHS Non-Compliance
 Similarly, the Team is also rewarded if they find any
Driving Rules violation by Drivers
 All Riggers & Drivers have Signed Undertaking to
Comply by the EHS Rules & Laws

11. LCC Operational Roadmap for RF & TE Services
1. LCC is working in both Domains of NPM & New Sites Rollout
2. For Multiple Sites, the Trouble Shooting is involved which needs more DT time of 8-10hrs
3. 60% of DT is in Urban Cities while 40% in rural areas
4. Benchmarking is also conducted with PTA
5. NHA/Motorways have almost 40% Cities connected in Punjab & KPK
6. LCC has identified Risk areas where it is dangerous to stop vehicle

12. Improvement Measures To Control Fatigue Driving & Over Speeding

Following measures are taken to reduce these
alarms
1.3000PKR Penalty imposed on Driver for 1st
alarm & terminated on 2nd

2.1000PKR penalty imposed on Engineer if he
ask to continue driving besides alarm occurred
3.One Reminder SMS sent in Urdu to all Drivers
twice in a week
4.The Driving time is set for 3 hrs & rest time for
30 Minutes
5.Stop Watches being given in order to monitor
the driving time to each driver
6.Daily Tracking of vehicles from VNSS server
7.Bi-weekly Telephonic Reminders
8.Early Movement of teams on Site to avoid time
delays occurred due to fatigue alarms
