3.  Callus tissue means an unorganised
proliferative mass of cells produced from
isolated plant cells, tissues or organs when
grown aseptically on artificial nutrient
medium in glass vials under controlled
experimental conditions.

4.  MS medium:- Murashige and Skoog (MS) originally formulated a
medium to induce and regeneration of plants in cultured tissues.
 B5 medium:-B5 medium was originally designed for cell
suspension and callus cultures.
 N6 medium:- Chu formulated this medium and it is used for
cereal anther culture, besides other tissue cultures.
