FOCUS
What you can expect
During the four-month project, each STAR Global
team of five to seven students works with their
faculty advisor and corporate partner team, at first
virtually (January thru April), in the U.S., and then
on the ground during a two-week immersion
in their destination country (May).
Our unique TEAM FOCUS model is
especially effective in international and
multinational settings. This framework
for business problem solving establishes
critical success factors for performance
within a team coupled with
hypothesis testing and data-
driven analyses.
Deliverables include research
findings, a narrative to place
findings in full context, and
a final presentation that
lays out both achievable
recommendations and
next steps.
