Performed Board Operator and Announcer duties during weekend and evening shifts. Covered on -air
shifts at various times for every daypart and for each radio announcer there as needed. Hosted the only
live music show in the area that featured Local Gospel Artists weekly. Served as Mistress of Ceremony
for religious events, some of which were endorsed by the station. Wrote, edited, produced and reported
for the only local daily feature, A Philly Sings Minute, that highlighted local living gospel legends in the
tri-state area.

students in public, private and charter schools. Taught and developed programs for the School District of
Philadelphia’s Summer Comprehensive Daycare initiative. Taught various subjects including Creative
Writing, Journalism, Language Arts, Reading, Paragon, Literature, History, Geography and Science.
Created lesson plans, taught credit recovery classes, submitted grades, and hosted Parents/Teachers

disabilities.

Served as a Family Service Worker for the DCIU network of schools, partnerships, and childcare facilities,
targeting low income families in the community to provide social services for them.
HOBBIES AND ACTIVITIES:
*Participated in a variety of writing, poetry, and essay contests. Won several writing awards and
certificates. Had many creative pieces published, was a member of various writing groups and guilds. A
member of PFT, AFTRA, and other Business and Broadcast Associations.
*Drove with Uber as certified Uber Driver transporting clients using the computer application.
*Participated in many church activities. Wrote for church newsletters and bulletins, taught Sunday
