Led sizing team with 7+ resources across two locations along with managing projects, and projects undertaken during
the tenure were as follows :
1. Sizing (Feb 2012 - March 2016)
 Objectives - Reduce returns due to sizing, Improve customer experience by giving all relevant information.
 Tasks - Revamp size chart making process, standardize sizes based on brands measurements and returns,
create sizing profile, provide solutions to customer issues related to sizing.
 Benefits - 50% reduction in returns, improved customer experience, standardized size filters.
2. Collection Creation (Sept 2015 – March 2016)
 Objective – Promote and manage a new feature launched with the name of “collections”, which was
basically a user interface for customers.
 Tasks – Run contests and promotions to engage more customers to create collections on “Myntra mobile
app”.
 Benefits – Boosted cross selling, made buying interactive and social
3. Catalog product Videos (Oct 2014 – May 2015)
 Objective – Improve productivity and quality of the product video uploaded on each PDP, introduced
scancube for 360 degrees view of products.
 Tasks – Operationalize the entire video shoot, manage creatives and quality, and manage daily numbers.
 Benefits – Video output/day increased from 120 to 350, visible improvement was tracked in sales of
products with video links in them.
4. Look Creation (Oct 2014 – May 2015)
 Objective – Manage operations to shoot garments and accessories together, creating a look.
 Tasks – Revamp the cataloging process to shoot products together, work on themes and stories to bind
the looks together, set the look uploading tool in place.
 Benefits – Increased cart size because of cross-selling, prevented customer from migrating to another site
to complete the look, reduced wardrobe budget otherwise spent on pairing the garment, promoted low

 Tasks – Product research for the attributes that customer buy by, research on various sites on how they
display their content, automate product description to minimize errors.


6. Image Benchmarking (June 2011 – Nov 2011)
 Objective – Standardize angles of each product on PDPs.
 Tasks – Research on how each product can be shot, reduce number of angles basis what customer look
for and make the site lighter, set shoot and editing guidelines for each product.
