Gunhild Way School - Cambridge (Queen Emma)
The provision of two storey 480 pupil school including Early years, with Hall and Lifts.
The building is new with a gross floor area 3,170m2, together with playground and
landscaping on a total site are of 19,900m2. This project had an enabling works to
demolish the old Netherhall Lower school and was competed in three phases from
August 2011. A BREEAM Excellent rating was achieved on completion.
