Prior to Guest’s arrival
- Set up tables/chairs
- Fill water coolers
- Get clean rags from operations
- Make sure you have enough wristbands and
waivers
- Make a designated section at the pool deck,
preferably under a hanging umbrella, with cones
and place a ‘reserved for birthday parties’ sign on
one of the cones
- 1 person wait up front with the blue cart while the
other waits inside the activity studio for the guests
- Get crayons and markers from art room
- Get the sony speaker and set it up for music
** When Evita and her mom (Lupe) arrive please take
all belongings off their hands, and both people should
be available in the event that Evita is the first guest
**There are a lot of decorations so be prepared
Tea Party/ Pizza
- Allow the kids to sit down at the small tables
- open up the outside for the guests that arrive first
- Encourage the kids to start coloring the sheets at
the table

Tea Time Talk
This game requires pen and paper for everyone. Have
guests try and think up as many words that they can
make out of the letters T-E-A-P-A-R-T-Y as they can in
a five minute period. You can play this game multiple
times
The Smile Game
One person at the table must try and get everyone
else to smile or laugh. They can do any silly thing they
wish except touch the other players. They have two
minutes to get as many people to laugh as they can.
Pizza
- Serve pizza and juice to the kids (Evita first)
- After Evita is done and most of the kids have
finished their food, ask Lupe if she would like to
play gym games or head out to the pool
**Please inform her that swim tests and the walk to
the pool will take some time
** cupcakes will be handed out at the pool as their
guests leave in substitution for cake
**Lupe would like the left over pizza to be brought to
the pool
5 – 5:10
Prepare for Swim
- After the children finish eating or playing gym
games, tell all of them to change into their swim
suits using the bathrooms in the activity studio
- After everyone is changed, have them line up like
camp. (Evita at the front of the line, with either one
person leading, whoever is not leading must be
trailing the last kid)
- Walk the kids through the family locker room to
the pool
- Bring the water jugs out to the pool
5:15 – 5:30
Swim Tests
- Take all the kids to drop off their belongings at the
reserved pool area
- Check in with the head life guard
- Anyone who has not passed a swim test prior to
this birthday or if they have never taken one, they

will need to test today before getting into the
water
5:30 – 6
Swim Time
- As long as all of the kids have passed the swim
tests, there are lifeguards on duty, and all of the
kids have yellow wristbands, they may swim freely
and use the water slides
- If any kids did not pass the swim tests please
inform Lupe that an adult needs to be within 10-
feet of the non-swimmer at all times
- It is important that we stay outside and assist the
party with any of their needs
Bill and Smoothie card
6-6:30
Review the bill and make sure you get a signature
- Give a smoothie card to Lupe
- Ask if they would like help carrying things to their
car, and help them no matter what
**Please let Lupe know that they are more than
welcome to stay at the pool and hang out for a
while longer
Clean up
- Clean up the activity studio and use the birthday
party cleaning sheet located in the front of the
binder. Please follow the sheet closely and do
everything on the sheet as well as initial whoever
cleaned each task
**Make the activity studio as neat as possible and
leave the initialed sheet in the birthday binder
