Build trust.
Establish authority
- Know their pain points.
- Prove your expertise.
Then you’ve got your
INVESTORS
State your case.
Use logic
- Be clear and focused.
- State facts.
- Back it up.
And, of course
EMPLOYEES
Create a connection.
Display empathy
- Look for common ground.
- Appeal to imagination.
- Make it about them.
In all cases, practice active listening.
So, remember
