 Modified and reprogramed sonobuoys for deployment, whilst on the NOAA ship, Reuben Laskar.
 Passively reviewed live acoustic data (ISHMAEL) transmitted from deployed sonobuoys and recorded
significant information and identifiable whale species.
 Directed visual crew to certain locations by using whale calls and DiFar cross-fixing.
 Transcribed written information in the log book to excel spreadsheet for statistical analysis.

 Disassembled, cleaned, inspected, and properly stored AURALs from previous field projects.
