kids adjust and cope when families go through a divorce. The half-hour special is a
rare opportunity for parents to hear kids' insightful, funny, and often heartfelt

A ten year study of adult children of divorce was conducted, and from this study
most states have got rid of primary and secondary parenting and terms like
custody and visitation. What the study found was that the healthiest thing was for
the children to have open-access and shared parental responsibility equally.
Children want both parents and need both parents in their lives - even if separate.
