In this role, he oversaw a team of Electrical Designers to produce complete controls solutions and electrical design packages for customers. Neil also previously worked as an Industrial Electrician at ATS from 1988 to 1995 after completing his apprenticeship. Please accept this letter as verification that Neil Nath was employed full-time at ATS Automation
Tooling Systems Inc. from August 12,1996 to July 21,2000. He was employed as an Electrical
Design Supervisor in our Machine Tool Division. Neil was also employed as an Industrial
Electrician after completing his apprenticeship with ATS from 1988 to 1995.
Neil's main responsibility was to oversee a team of Electrical Designers to produce complete
controls solutions and electrical design packages based on customer specifications and
standardized design practices used at ATS. The electrical design packages which Neil prepared
included detailed schematics, cable routing diagrams, panel layouts, bills of materials and
material requisitions. When required, he would also integrate third party equipment and
electronic component entry such as vision systems and motion control products. In addition,
Neil oversaw the Machine Tool Division's Electrical Department. His direct reports in this
group included an Electrical Team Leader and a team of Industrial Electricians.
When presented with a challenge, Neil demonstrated the ability to go above and beyond to get
the job done. His years of service as an Electrician and Electrical Designer allowed him to make
a positive contribution to the Engineering group.
