6. JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for:
- developing and reviewing - in conjunction with the Sales Manager and the Project
Team - specifications and bidding requirements for solicitations and Contract
documents;
- maintaining the projects plans and providing administrative support in relation to
the Contract
- coordinating On Time Delivery of products and/or services, within the Contract
terms and to the required quality standard
The role is most likely to be required in larger cross-functional projects required by the
Contract
The incumbent will also assist and take on an active role in the Project HSE
Management and Compliance with the Contract requirements.

 Coordinate all requirements for planning, to result in
meeting deadlines within the budget constraints
 Provide Management with weekly and/or monthly
business forecasts and status reports
 Coordinate projects scope and change control in
relation to the Contract and escalate issues where
necessary
 Work closely with all Contract stakeholders to ensure
the company meets the Sasol Contract requirements
 Responsible for dealing with all Sasol Contract
orders/sales related issues
 Follow up on POD’s to ensure prompt invoicing
 Adhere to HSE requirements in terms of roles and
responsibilities
 HSE Compliance with the Sasol Contract
requirements
 Review contract documentation and ensure the
terms and conditions specified are in line with the
companies policies and procedures
 Track and manage contemplated change notices
and change orders in the company System
 Highlight and report possible risk areas in the
Contract
 Do feasibility study and document results, for Go / No
Go decision.
