last decade relationships between local
police forces and emergency personnel have

There are not enough affordable units to support the number of
families who can’t afford market rate units.
$1,600 is avg rent for 2-bedroom apartment
$51,000 household income to afford a 1-bedroom apartment
(per capita income in Oak View is $14,000)
So, how can we maximize the existing supply to support as
many LMI families as possible?
