moved to Jaipur” there are
problems occur regarding rooms on rent.
 Lack of Contacts with landlords in the city.
 Difficulty in finding preferable place for Rent.
 Getting rooms having minimum rents.

5. ROOT CAUSE
 An unawareness of new city is the
root cause.

OF PROBLEM
 Easier for students to find an
appropriate room for them.
 Avoidance of stressful searching of
rooms

We can start an agency
which have tie-ups with
the landlords provides
below services to the
Students.
 Building Contacts of customers with landlords.
 Pictures of different rooms with their rents are available at
the agency so people find their preferable rooms.
 People compare prices of different rooms.
