Want, Can and Will
This slide is meant to explain the concept of “achievement.” You will need to emphasize that the term achievement is not only about great accomplishment. Even a slight improvement in performance as result of effort put in, is an achievement. Also, achievement is always to be measured in terms of actual output. For example, “understanding” a concept is not achievement but scoring good marks as a result of this understanding is achievement.
Trainer Note: The goal which students wrote previously can be now made into a SMART goal.
