I am able to provide good levels of customer service because I’ve worked in a shop for my work experience it was
called “As nature intended” as I have the right understanding of active listening and with the right amount of
focusing my time on working I can deliver work and projects before the deadlines, punctuality is very important I can
arrive on time as always because my punctuality was good and I arrived on time for school, Communicating well with
others is beneficial.
Key skills
• Listening skills – I’m good at following orders getting the job done making sure and double checking
that I’ve sent in the work giving some information to other employers and gaining some good
feedback.
• Communications skills – During my work placements I needed to listen to clients to understand their
situation, task and information. Active listening, this skill will help me in other work placements, I ask
questions and advice to show that I’m paying attention and would like to learn a lot.
• Technical skills - I have good understanding of the Microsoft Office package, having completed a
complex spreadsheet, using data handling using Microsoft XL and Microsoft Publisher It has a
template which you use and it allows you to create business cards.

• Worked on the till with an employer interacting with costumers, successfully completed scanning a products.

My personality is creative and active my hobbies are playing basketball, watching movies and working out if I
have time, I’m also a Manchester United fan there are different ambitions I have in life like working in a IT
Company becoming and working for a media company the most important thing about me is my beliefs I’m a
Protestant Christian.
