7. Originate, structure and execute phases of Islamic financing and fund raising mandates with an emphasis on
developing financial valuation models, conducting due diligence and deal execution;
8. Draft investment offering documents, such as information memorandums and offering circulars, and liaise with
relevant solicitors for compliance in relation to distribution of such documents in various jurisdictions;
9. Coordinate with various internal and external parties for the execution and completion of all transactions taken

10. Monitor closed deals and liaise with the trustees, facility and paying agents on an on-going basis, while preparing
