Energy XXI was facing issues similar to many many companies. Their management of change (MOC) process:
• Was static and inflexible
• Did not cover all types of change
• Did not cover all phases of a project
• Was inefficient Lacked accountability and visibility
By customizing the MOC tool within Pims HSE, Energy XXI was able to address all these issues and more. The result is a comprehensive MOC process that is tailored to the differing management styles and ensures visibility of the process at all steps. No longer do MOCs get held up or lost. MOC has now gone from being a weakness of their SEMS program to a keystone of their SEMS program.

Welcome everyone to the Omega’s Pims Completions Management System Webinar on “Keeping Inspectors in the field”.
Today you are going to learn:
Next slide
You should be able to see a control panel- much like this one on your screen.
The bottom tab is your question box. Please feel free to ask any questions here. Kenneth will do his best to answer them. Time permitting, he will share some of the questions with us at the conclusion of the presentation for all to hear.
To open and close the panel- simply click on the red button showing the arrow on the left side. Hopefully everyone’s audio is working well. You can switch between telephone and ‘mic/speakers’ options. In the upper tab.
Now- without further ado, lets get started and here is Shane.
