2. Who is Rick Sayegh?
Rick is a highly skilled and accomplished Physician and Healthcare
Executive. He has served in C-level, consulting and executive
positions within diverse industries including major hospitals, multi-
physician practices, urgent care, insurance companies, health
systems, and more. Rick’s primary mission has been the positioning
of institutions to achieve a competitive and profitable position within
a rapidly changing environment.
3. My entrepreneurial spirit, medical acumen and
track record of results are complemented by a
personal value system that transcends all other
competencies. I define success by contributing to a
culture of diversity, investment in human capital
and creation of an organizational reputation that is
consistent with our brand and image.

organization with a high personal standing, results in a
workforce that is productive, loyal and customer-
focused. Employee attitudes are transmitted to customers
because they believe in their company’s vision and
mission. It affects the manner in which they engage
customers with a positive and enthusiastic attitude.

5. As an executive, I live my values, encourage my
team to share in these values and communicate our
standards in a top-down fashion, which ultimately
results in bottom-up support. The ultimate goal is
to create an organization that develops and
empowers its employees and provides them with
the tools and resources needed to exceed goals and
pursue career progression.
