Shipmanagement, a subsidiary of RCL.
As per project we have team of seven members supporting on first level and second level, handling
with various modules like Storage, Detention and Demurage with maintaining 100% SLA. Each
one assigns few modules and getting the tickets from first level support team then analyze the issue
and have to do code fix. After update the code will do unit testing and then raise ticket for code fix
into production from development database.

• Maintained 100% accuracy in the support and always giving the best to the client.
• Effective communication and proper and timely updates from team members so that the
Production application has zero impact.
• Requirement gathering from the customers for the new changes proposing them the most
Feasible solution , carrying out end to end analysis and impact of the change.
• After peer review, build the war file into UAT server. Finally build the CR number and deploy into
Production.
• Involved in writing Joins, Queries and Sequences required in the backend.
• Meeting 100% SLA on different type of tickets and efficiently handling Business critical tickets with
proper analysis and ensuring minimal impact on the application.
Project 2:

cross-sector database that enables the delivery of S&P adjusted financial and ratings data, which
will enhance analytical rigor. The business opportunity will be to establish a global analytical
platform that contains financial, operating, and management data used in ratings decisions; enables
robust analytical tools and models to use this data; and provides forecasting, reporting, and
publishing capabilities. Analysts will be able to compile information faster there by enabling more
time for analysis and insight. Embedded tools such as reporting components and peer comparisons
add to the quality and consistency of analysis.

Project 3:
Title : CorePT
Client : Honeywell
DataBase : Oracle 11g
Role : PL/SQL Developer
Duration : Jul’2012 to Jul’2013
Team size : 25
Description:
Functionality of this project is to generate navigational data bases to Aircrafts and Heliports.
Project objective is to produce Navigational Database after 28 cycle of time for Air Transport
and Business jet. Navigational databases are used in Flight Management Systems (FMS) for
flight planning and for navigational assistance. The “Core Process Tools” CorePT take the
aeronautical data from various data suppliers like Jeppesen to produce these Navigational
Databases. The basic aim of the tools is to convert this raw format of data supplied into FMS
readable binary formats. In this process the tool loads the data given by data suppliers, perform
verification and validation, do modifications as per the FSM requirements and finally convert
the data into binary format as readable by FMS software. These Navigational databases (binary
data) are recorded on various types of magnetic media or electronically sent to the customers.
Customers can be airplane operators, Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM), or Honeywell
engineering.
Responsibilities:
• Analyse the SCR’s and fix the code issues.
• Writing Joins and various types of Queries for reporting.
• Developing and Enhance Procedures and Packages.
• Preparing test cases for unit testing.
• Document the code issues for feature reviews.
• Conduct the track meetings for discuss code issues.
