Where can we find Data?
• Data can be found every where around us.
• It is up to us to utilize it in an effective way.
• Moreover, one can play with and research on a lot of data.
• Making it more human eases our way of understanding the complexity.
HyperCard:
• It was developed by Bill Atkinson who developed lot of useful computer
related stuff that we still use today.
• It is a program that can be used for developing other program according
to our need.
• Doesn’t it seem like the birth of Artificial Intelligence?
• Are we putting such tools to use?
Data Visualization:
• Several researches can be conducted on
human behavior to understand how we react
to different situations.
• Understanding data requires human
empathy along with some context.
• Thinking of data relating it to humans would
ease our comprehension.
Visualizing data is much more
of an art.
Data Analysis
• Using historical data to predict future is the most
important aspect of data science.
• Forecasting future events is the most complex problem
one can face.
• But when facts are used efficiently, all the vagueness
disappears.
How can a manager benefit from making the data more human?
 Work Culture
 Strategy
 Employee Retention
 Performance Optimization
Work Culture:
• Get feedbacks from the employees
every now and then.
• This would form a huge amount of data.
• Tracking them, evaluating them involves data science on it.
• Maintaining a good rapport with colleagues is very important.
• Start-up culture with a non superior model is a tradition.
• Figuring out the culture that has to be maintained and applying
them on the real time scenarios would require data science
intervention.
Employee Retention:
 Work culture is the main factor that has to be considered for
retention
 Company policies has to be modified according to the demand
basis.
 Counselors should be assigned to each and every employee for
advising them.
 Employees wish should be taken into account.
 Data Science will play a major role for evaluating feedbacks.
Performance Optimization
 Project Delivery time can be reduced by identifying time
wasted on deviation.
 Efficient way for figuring out a solution can be found out by
analyzing the data.
 Its hard to ignore data because of the advantages while
using it.
 Using Data Science efficient strategies can be framed after
thorough analysis on all the possibilities.
Strategy:
 Data can be used for predicting the future.
 Estimation of the upcoming events will become easy after
understanding data.
 Facts backed with data are more powerful and when analyzing
it provides invaluable insights.
 In fact, Data Science is a threat to the management consulting
industry

  • 2. Where can we find Data? • Data can be found every where around us. • It is up to us to utilize it in an effective way. • Moreover, one can play with and research on a lot of data. • Making it more human eases our way of understanding the complexity.

HyperCard: • It was developed by Bill Atkinson who developed lot of useful computer related stuff that we still use today. • It is a program that can be used for developing other program according to our need. • Doesn’t it seem like the birth of Artificial Intelligence? • Are we putting such tools to use?

  • 5. Data Visualization: • Several researches can be conducted on human behavior to understand how we react to different situations. • Understanding data requires human empathy along with some context. • Thinking of data relating it to humans would ease our comprehension.

  • 7. Data Analysis • Using historical data to predict future is the most important aspect of data science. • Forecasting future events is the most complex problem one can face. • But when facts are used efficiently, all the vagueness disappears.

Work Culture: • Get feedbacks from the employees every now and then. • This would form a huge amount of data. • Tracking them, evaluating them involves data science on it. • Maintaining a good rapport with colleagues is very important. • Start-up culture with a non superior model is a tradition. • Figuring out the culture that has to be maintained and applying them on the real time scenarios would require data science intervention.
