1. Sri City is India's best Integrated Business City built on the similar model of Suzhou
Industrial Park. Today, Sri City has over 115 manufacturing companies (mainly
automobile, auto components, apparel, textile, pharma formulations etc) 60 are MNC's
from over 26 countries. The social infrastructure today boasts of having functional
schools, colleges, various residential accommodation, hotels, serviced apartments, multi
cuisines food court, outdoor activities and many such things.
Sri City has recently been awarded the final approval for the electronics park and 35%
capital subsidy on total project cost excluding land is possible. Apart from this 100%
VAT and power subsidy and many other lucrative incentives are offered by state of AP.
