2. Education
My tertiary educations start after I finished
my Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) at Sekolah
Tinggi Kluang (STK), Kluang Johor. When I
was in STK I was involved and a finalist in a
Pertadingan Rekabentuk Malaysia organized
by Majlis Rekabentuk Malaysia. Then I get a
chance to continue my study at Politeknik
Ibrahim Sultan (PIS), Pasir Gudang, Johor.
The course that I offered was Diploma in
Industrial Design. At the end of the semester
I got a good result which is my CGPA is 3.43
and I had been awarded Best Jury’s Choice
Award on my Final Year Project. Then I
continue my study at Universiti Malaysia
Perlis (UniMAP), in Bachelor of Engineering
(Product Design) with honour as my
Academic Advisor in PIS recommendation.
During my study at UniMAP, this course was
really challenging for me because in the
Diploma I was in a pure design field. From a
design field to an engineering field was not a
good idea at first. But I challenge myself and
I realize that I must work twice and much
stronger than others member as I can put the
failure behind my history. Besides, to be in
this course was really tough because every
semester, there will always a group project.
To deal with many type of group members
was not too easy. I manage to growth during
my time here as a team leader or project
manager. It is because I am too eager and
excited in a project especially when it
involving 3D software. This is because I
really interested to explore more on the tool
in any kind of software.

Project Title: Tape Dispenser Holder

This product was designed for the user to make safety line around the work area
which is more efficient and easier compared to the existing product. This product will help
user by reducing the working procedures and without put more effort on taping down tape
process. By comparing to the current product, this product able to give better output and
convenient to the user. The improvement of this product involved a lot of aspects which are
ergonomics, safety, lifespan, quality and others. This is to ensure that user enjoy using this
product in a safety condition. The adjustable joint allow user to adjust the handle in limited
direction or angle based on their preference so that it increase their work performance.

6. Subject: Computer Aided Design
Project Title: Tamiya
During the designing and developing process in this project, I had encounter with
various problems and challenges. I found hard to measure the exact value of the length, depth
or diameters for the more complicated parts of the sport car model.

7. Finite Element Analysis
Project Title: Buckling analysis (Hammock Frame)
It is required to design a portable hammock which can be easily carried by a
single person, stored in a car and can be set up at any place. The design must be
safe enough from buckling failure for use by a single person. Evaluate also
fatigue failure of the design since the hammock is also will be under repeated
loading whenever it is used by a person

The motion of assemblies is determined by the configuration of links and joints. Using the
configurations the motions are examined and observed.
