George replaces company co-founder Shan Nair, who will remain on the board of directors. George was previously president and COO of Art.com and founder and CFO of Red Hat Inc. Nair & Co. has grown over 30% in the last six months and expects continued growth under George's leadership.

Nair & Co. said Tuesday it has hired Manoj George as its new CEO. The
Sunnyvale-based company specializes in international business expansion
services.
George replaces co-founder Shan Nair, who is expected to remain involved
with the company at the strategic level and will serve as a member of its
board of directors. George has been a consultant to the board since 2008.
"Nair & Co. has grown by more than 30 percent in the last six months. We
look ahead to an era of growth continuing at these levels. Manoj George
brings the right skill set to Nair & Co. at this juncture in our growth," said
Nair in a prepared statement.
George was previously the president and COO at Art.com and was the
founder CFO of Red Hat Inc. (NYSE:RHT).
