1. EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EOI)
AUTOMATION SOLUTION FOR TELECOM SECTOR SKILL COUNCIL (TSSC), NEW DELHI
TSSC invites Expression of Interest (EoI) from interested IT service providers for Automation of
processes and functioning of TSSC. The system shall comply to Open‐Source/Architecture framework
with facility to push‐pull data with open API interconnects. The solution shall be cloud based, with
end‐user access via web‐browser. Modular development methodology shall be adopted.

Hosting of Question banks, details of candidates, training providers & assessors

Indian Registered firm. Registration certificate to be submitted.
Not blacklisted by any Govt Dept. Certificate on company letter‐head to be submitted.
Should have min of 10 full time IT Professionals on its payrolls. Details to be submitted.
Should have proven record of having undertaken end‐to‐end development of automation
software/implemented Enterprise solution, for mid‐size company (with min of 25 full‐time
employees), during the last 01 yr. Work Completion Certificate from the concerned agency
to be submitted.
