2. INTRODUCTION
• A popular word for the totality of human civilization, namely the
history of human experience, or the human condition in general,
anyplace on the planet with each continent representing a
separate country or ethnic group gathered together as one whole.
• Geographical cultural differentiation, as a study of cultural
distinctions that encompasses the whole spectrum of cultural
activities within geographical locations, is the focus of this paper
(Vitányi, 1986).
• When looking at another culture, one must comprehend its values
and beliefs rather than comparing it to one's own culture. This is
known as cultural relativism. In other words, there is no universal
scale of values that can be used to evaluate all civilizations.
3. • We share our tales, celebrate, recall the past, enjoy
ourselves, and envisage the future in various ways as a
lively community. Our creative expressions help us identify
ourselves and experience the world from the perspective
of others.
• As a representation of the community or country, culture
is regarded very vital. In other words, culture has a
massive role in how a given group functions both
individually and as a whole. Cultural elements have a

the issue isn't about dictatorship versus democracy but
about what sort of democracy: participatory democracy or a
hybrid of the two.
• According to them, political theory has declined as a result
of the Western democratic social revolution. Democratic

artefacts that define any civilization and affect the
ideas, actions, and attitudes of its people are known
as cultural elements. Even today, scientists disagree
over how much genetics and culture influence
human behavior.
• Leaders may benefit from learning about cultural
biases and preferences via this research. These
insights enable our leaders to change their
approach to be more successful in diverse cultural
circumstances since different cultures have different
notions about what they expect from their leaders.

across cultural and geographic divides." This data
