we did an activity and this was my response to the outcome

1. Privilege Walk
The activity today showed that depending on the situation you’re born into you have a
better or lesser chance of success. Certain situations make it harder for people to succeed; people
who are more privileged meaning they have more money or they live in a better environment
will have an easier time succeeding. Personally I feel that people who grew up in a struggling
household have a bigger desire to succeed because they do not wish to repeat their past. They
strive to do better more than those who were born with a silver spoon in their mouth. Anyone can
succeed in life it just may be a little more difficult for some people; your race won’t stop you
from succeeding. It may hinder you in some ways but there is always a way to get the things you
want in life.
