1. Open Salesforce Lightning 2. Click on gear icon 3. Click on "Setup" 4. Enter "Public Calendar and Resources" in Quick Find box 5. Click on "Public Calendars and Resources" 6. Click on "New" 7. Enter name for Calendar 8. Check the box to make it "Active" 9. Click on "Save" 10. Click on "Sharing" 11. Click on "Add" 12. Select from Available column 13. Note "Add and Remove" button to drag available options into "Share With" column and vise versa 14. Select Calendar Access 15.
