I am a regular customer at the coffee shop, Cafe Favorito, where Tshotsho Mutombo
worked from December 2009 to 31st
October 2015.I highly recommend him as an
employee because of his professionalism.
Tshotsho’s work was always of the highest standard. Whenever he worked at the Till he
was accurate and honest. He never short-changed customers (as some other Businesses
do). When he made coffee he paid careful attention to its quality and presentation.
Tshotsho also worked well independently and with others .
He was always pleasant to his co-workers.
If his co-workers could not come to work and Tshotsho was left to do everything on his
own,he managed the pressure well.Despite this stressful situation he never looked
flustered and he never complained.instead he dealt with the pressure by being well-
organised.Tshotshogreat work ethic was also evident when asked to do extra work,such
as paperwork.He was always willing to leave work late in order to complete the task on
time.

Customers return to a business because of the quality of the product but also because of
the service they receive. Tshotsho excelled at customer service.The first impression that
customers have of any shop is the appearance and demeanour of the staff.
Tshotsho was always neatly dressed and always had a welcoming smile and greeting.
As customers,we knew that we would always be treated with respect and warmth by
Tshotsho.And this was not fake respect and warmth,Tshotsho is a genuinely respectful
and warm person.
