For Copper-Tube-Aluminum-Fin, type condensers and cooling coils, the
company has fortified its values of innovation with infrastructure with a
new “ahead of it’s time most modern”, integrated state-of-the-art
manufacturing facility with latest technology and equipment to deliver
heat exchanger coils that meet new global standards.
With the latest infrastructural facility, the plant is capable to manufacture 1.2
Million coils per annum for captive consumption, with high flexibility in terms of
fin patterns, fin surfaces, fin spacing, number of rows, coil length and height
with four tube diameters 7 mm.
All coils produced are world-class, maintaining the Global benchmark in
contamination and moisture-free. Efficiently designed for durability and superior
functioning, they offer unmatched value. The strength of the product range is
enhanced by the fact that the key raw materials used in the manufacturing
process are high quality and imported from leading manufacturers across the
globe.
To adhere to stringent quality control, the products undergo various quality
checks at each stage of manufacturing, using best of jigs, fixtures and precision
tooling. Each coil is subjected to High-Pressure Leak Testing.

With the latest infrastructural facility, the plant is capable to manufacture 0.3
Million coils per annum for Room Air-conditioner segment, in addition to its vast
range and expertise in Auto-motive MCHx coils.

parts.
Production Capability / Manufacturing Expertise:
• The modern fully equipped moulding shop is designed to meet variety of needs.
• The company has installed high end injection moulding machines ranging from
150Ton to 800 Ton.
• The Plastic materials processed range from LDPE, HDPE, PP, HIPS to plain and
filled grades of ABS, Nylons, POM, PBT, Polycarbonate and High Heat Engineering
plastics (PEEK & PPS).
• All machines are equipped with essential auxiliary equipment required for precision
moulding like mould temperature controller, chiller, hot runner temperature controller etc.
Post Moulding Operations:
• The moulded parts are Painted, Printed, Plated or Assembled as per customer
requirement. Two painting lines and flexible assembly lines cater to many
thousand units per day. The assembly lines are highly flexible hence adaptable
to rapidly changing schedules.
