inhaler and check the

3. clean with cotton buds

4. shake it ups and down
during 5 until 10 time

it
6. inhale first then exhale
through the mouth
7. put the inhaler in the
mouth
8. breathe while the tip of the
inhaler is pressed
9. hold your breath and count
for 10 seconds
10. take it out the inhaler
from the mouth. Exhale
slowly.
