Pendahuluan
 Since it was founded in 2012 “Semesta Research" intends to realize a research
institute that is authoritative and capable of providing a complete service in a
variety of technology-based activities
 High commitment to quality, we continue to try to answer the problems of the
customers, by developing a variety of research services program package

 Sejak didirikan (2012) Semesta Research (SR) berkeinginan mewujudkan

 SR memiliki total 12 staf full time,
dimana 3 diantaranya adalah staf
peneliti inti. Disamping itu juga
memiliki sekitar 300 tenaga lepas
(free lance) baik untuk tenaga
lapangan maupun di luar tenaga
lapangan.
 Tenaga profesional SR telah menja-
lankan pekerjaan riset pemasaran di
lebih dari 33 kota di Indonesia,
termasuk 6 kota besar (Jakarta,
Bandung, Semarang, Surabaya,
Medan dan Makassar).
 Dalam pekerjaan lapangan, SR dapat
melengkapi interviewer dengan GPS
(Global Positioning System) sehingga
dapat terdeteksi keberadaannya dari
waktu ke waktu; dengan demikian
tingkat akurasi data menjadi lebih
baik.
 SR has a total of 12 full-time staff, of
which 3 of them are staff researchers.
Besides, it also has about 300
freelancers for both interviewers and
other admin staff.
 Professionals SR has conducted
market research in more than 30
cities in Indonesia, including 6 major
cities (Jakarta, Bandung, Semarang,
Surabaya, Medan and Makassar).
 In field work, SR interviewer can be
equipped with a GPS (Global
Positioning System) so that they can
be detected its presence from time to
time and thus the accuracy of the
data would be better.14

the Department of Marketing Manage-
ment Sciences, University of Indonesia.
Highly experienced in conducting con-
sumer research as well as Business to
Business research. Expertise in process-
ing the data using a variety of appli-
cation programs and statistical mar-
keting research tools, is helpful in ana-
lyzing various types of data both simple
and complex. He often times doing
research using the Advance Analysis
such as Structural Equation Modeling

berbagai program aplikasi riset pema-
saran maupun statistic tools, sangat
membantu dalam analisa data sederhana
maupun kompleks sekalipun. Beberapa
kali melakukan riset dengan menggu-
nakan Advance Analysis seperti Struc-
tural Equation Modeling (SEM).

Mengawali karir dalam dunia riset
sebagai Field Supervisor pada tahun
1989 di salah satu perusahaan riset di
Jakarta. Keuletan dan kegigihannya ber-

mengantarkannya menjadi seorang Field
Manager yang tangguh. Berbekal penga-
laman 24 tahun menggeluti divisi
lapangan menjadi modal yang sangat
kuat untuk memimpin divisi lapangan
SR sebagai suatu bagian riset yang
sangat penting yang dapat diandalkan.

Mystery Shopping (MS) and Mystery
Observation (MO). Experience MS and MO
of banking such as MO Permata Bank,
BTPN Bank, BRI, MS of Muamalat Bank,
BJB, Ekonomi, and Cinema of Blitz-
megaplex. Bayu is currently tasked to
develop the Research Division of the SR as

Disamping itu juga memiliki sekitar 300 tenaga lepas (free lance) baik untuk tenaga lapangan maupun di luar tenaga lapangan.  Tenaga profesional SR telah menja- lankan pekerjaan riset pemasaran di lebih dari 33 kota di Indonesia, termasuk 6 kota besar (Jakarta, Bandung, Semarang, Surabaya, Medan dan Makassar).  Dalam pekerjaan lapangan, SR dapat melengkapi interviewer dengan GPS (Global Positioning System) sehingga dapat terdeteksi keberadaannya dari waktu ke waktu; dengan demikian tingkat akurasi data menjadi lebih baik.  SR has a total of 12 full-time staff, of which 3 of them are staff researchers.
