dimana 3 diantaranya adalah staf
peneliti inti. Disamping itu juga
memiliki sekitar 300 tenaga lepas
(free lance) baik untuk tenaga
lapangan maupun di luar tenaga
lapangan.
Tenaga profesional SR telah menja-
lankan pekerjaan riset pemasaran di
lebih dari 33 kota di Indonesia,
termasuk 6 kota besar (Jakarta,
Bandung, Semarang, Surabaya,
Medan dan Makassar).
Dalam pekerjaan lapangan, SR dapat
melengkapi interviewer dengan GPS
(Global Positioning System) sehingga
dapat terdeteksi keberadaannya dari
waktu ke waktu; dengan demikian
tingkat akurasi data menjadi lebih
baik.

Observation (MO). Pengalaman MS dan
MO Bank yang luas seperti MO Bank
Permata, Bank BTPN, Bank BRI, MS
Bank BRI, Bank Muamalat, Bank BJB,
Bank Ekonomi and MS Blitzmegaplex.
Saat ini Bayu ditugasi untuk mengem-

R Bayu Nur Eko W – Research Manager
Educational background as a Strata (S1) in
the Department of Chemical Engineering,
University of Sultan Ageng Tirtaysa.
Having experience of more than 6 years of
research in various research companies in
Indonesia. Have experience of running
Mystery Shopping (MS) and Mystery
Observation (MO). Experience MS and MO
of banking such as MO Permata Bank,
BTPN Bank, BRI, MS of Muamalat Bank,
BJB, Ekonomi, and Cinema of Blitz-
megaplex. Bayu is currently tasked to
develop the Research Division of the SR as
a Research Manager.

Gufron memahami banyak metode

sulit. Dengan pengalaman tersebut akan
sangat membantu Lathif Gufron dalam
memimpin divisi Quality Control di SR.

Having experience more than 15 years

Professional experience in conducting
field work for more than 11 years,
making Lathif Gufron understand the
many methods of the survey, both the
easy and the difficult. With that expe-
rience, Lathif Gufron will be able to lead
the Quality Control division in the SR.
