Stephen Breyer
Stephen Breyer is generally known as the former legal scholar of the United States of America
who served as an associate justice of the Supreme Court of the United States. He was born on
August 15, 1938, in San Francisco, and was raised in a Jewish family.his father was also a
lawyer. His age is 83 now, and his spouse is Joanna. He has three children he was put forward by
Bill Clinton, and he spent his career about two decades as a justice. His service years are
(1957-1965). He was known for his realistic fiction and collaboration of the parties. His accent
highlights the judicious decisions. His tone just highlights the judicious decision. Although I
acknowledge his decision that a time is coming court will deprive him both of his accent mental
and personal qualities.
Education:
Stephen Breyer studied at Lowell high school. He was a regular debater of his school after
graduating from Lowell high school Breyer got his BA degree from Stanford University Magdalen
College and l.lb from Harvard University. He was a student of philosophy at Stanford University
and then graduated in 1959 with a Bachelor of Arts degree with great honors He was also an
article editor at Harvard.
Legal Career of Stephen Breyer:
After graduating from law school he also served as a law clerk. In 1967 Breyer came back to
Harvard school and joined as an assistant professor.
Against the death penalty:
The main arguments against the death penalty are based on its inhumanity, lack of preventive
effects, racial and economic, prejudices, and disagreeable. Proponents argue that it represents
fair retaliation for certain crimes, prevents crime, protects society, and preserves moral order

He was elected for the American philosophical society (2004). Also honored with the
Distinguished Eagle Scout award (2007).he was nominated to chair the (Pritzker Architecture
prize) jury (2018) after the back chair (Glenn Murcutt)
Voting Rights:
Breyer wrote a majority vote in the Alabama legislative black C V. Alabama which ruled that
claims of racial sterilization must be viewed by district, and four districts in Alabama’s state
senate as unconstitutional racially mandated finished
Retirement:
Supreme Court justice and legal scholar of the United States of America will retire on 30 June
and be replaced by Ketan. Brown Jackson
