• A closed, joint-stock company specialized in turn-key solutions in
civil infrastructures, telecom projects, electrical projects, security
solutions and project management.
• Will be listed soon in Nomu the Saudi (Parallel) market.
• Has been supplying telecom service providers with required
materials (e.g. fiber optic cables, SIM cards, FTTH connectivity
materials); implementing projects from the ground up for public
utility companies; deploying fiber optics in communities; connecting
power to transportation services and assisting in the security of
ministries and the private sector - we take great pride in every

The name KEIR was inspired by
mountains in the Al-Qassim
region, 2008: began operations
as a limited liability company as
Ceir for Telecom and IT Co., Ltd.
2014: changed name to Keir
International Company Limited to
address changing business
requirements, demands and
growing customer base.
2017: transitioned to KEIR
International as a closed stock
joint company with the goal of
getting listed in the Saudi
Nomu market.
2020: changed our brand identity to be
