ABOUT US
Cayman Group is a Belgian family-owned company with the headquarter in Charleroi. It currently
operates 14 franchised hotels under the ibis, ibis budget, Holiday Inn Express and Novotel brands: 13
throughout Belgium and 1 in France.
From 2020, an Adagio aparthotel and 3 MOXY brand hotels will be part of the group's hotel portfolio.
MISSION
• As the manager of the Accor franchise ibis hotel, you are in charge of the overall management of
the hotel and you will do everything possible to achieve your objectives. You are creative and
inspiring for your teams, customers and contacts. You build an open, friendly and efficient work
and reception area.
PROFILE
• You have relevant experience in hotel management
• You are a born leader, passionate about human relations
• You are comfortable with multitasking and flexibility
• You are results-oriented
• You have an openness to change and proof of adaptability
• You are known for your enthusiasm, your energy, your dynamism.
• Dutch, English and French have no secrets for you
