ﻋﺎﻡ ﰲ ﻣﻨﻴﻒ ﺍﻟﺮﲪﻦ ﻋﺒﺪ ﻭﻟﺪ1933ﺎﻥﻤﻋ ﰲ,ﻋﺮﺍﻗﻴﺔ ﻭﺃﻡ ﳒﺪ ﻣﻦ ﹴﺏﻷ،ﺩﺭﺍﺳﺘﻪ ﻰﺃ
ﺍﻷﺭﺩﻧﻴﺔ ﺍﻟﻌﺎﺻﻤﺔ ﰲ ﺍﻟﺜﺎﻧﻮﻳﺔ،ﻋﺎﻡ ﺑﻐﺪﺍﺩ ﰲ ﺍﳊﻘﻮﻕ ﺑﻜﻠﻴﺔ ﺍﻟﺘﺤﻖ ﰒ1952،ﻣﻦ ﻋﺎﻣﲔ ﻭﺑﻌﺪ
ﺍﻟﻌﺮﺍﻕ ﺇﱃ ﺍﻧﺘﻘﺎﻟﻪ,ﻋﺎﻡ ﰲ ﻣﻨﻬﺎ ﻣﻨﻴﻒ ﻃﺮﺩ1955،ﻣ ﻛﺒﲑ ﻋﺪﺩ ﻣﻊﺍﻟﻌﺮﺏ ﺍﻟﻄﻼﺏ ﻦ,ﺑﻌﺪ
ﺗﻮﻗﻴﻊ)ﺑﻐﺪﺍﺩ ﺣﻠﻒ(;ﺩﺭﺍﺳﺘﻪ ﹶﻞﻓﻮﺍﺻ،ﺍﻟﻘﺎﻫﺮﺓ ﺟﺎﻣﻌﺔ ﰲ،ﺩﺭﺍﺳﺘﻪ ﻣﻨﻴﻒ ﺍﻟﺮﲪﻦ ﻋﺒﺪ ﺗﺎﺑﻊ
ﻋﺎﻡ ﻣﻨﺬ ﺍﻟﻌﻠﻴﺎ1958ﺑﻠﻐﺮﺍﺩ ﺟﺎﻣﻌﺔ ﰲ،ﻋﺎﻡ ﰲ ﻣﻨﻬﺎ ﻭﺣﺼﻞ1961ﺍﻟﺪﻛﺘﻮﺭﺍﻩ ﺩﺭﺟﺔ ﻋﻠﻰ
ﺍﻻﻗﺘﺼﺎﺩﻳﺔ ﺍﻟﻌﻠﻮﻡ ﰲ,ﺍﻟﻨﻔﻂ ﺍﻗﺘﺼﺎﺩﻳﺎﺕ ﺍﺧﺘﺼﺎﺹ ﻭﰲ,ﺍﻟﻨﻔﻂ ﳎﺎﻝ ﰲ ﺑﻌﺪﻫﺎ ﻭﻋﻤﻞﺑﺴﻮﺭﻳﺔ
،ﻋﺎﻡ ﰲ1973,ﺍﻟﻠﺒﻨﺎﻧﻴﺔ ﺍﻟﺼﺤﺎﻓﺔ ﰲ ﻋﻤﻞ ﺣﻴﺚ ﺑﲑﻭﺕ ﰲ ﻟﻴﻘﻴﻢ ﻣﻨﻴﻒ ﺍﻧﺘﻘﻞﺍﻟﻜﺘﺎﺑﺔ ﻭﺑﺪﺃ

ﺍﻟﻘﺤﻂ ﺇﻧﻪ..ﺃﺧﺮﻯ ﻣﺮﺓ!
ﻣﻮﺍ ﻭﰲﻭﺍﻷﺷﻴﺎﺀ ﺍﳊﻴﺎﺓ ﺗﺘﻐﲑ ﺍﻟﻘﺤﻂ ﺳﻢ,ﻳﺘﻐﲑﻭﻥ ﺍﻟﺒﺸﺮ ﻭﺣﱴ,ﺗـﺘﻐﲑ ﻭﻃﺒﺎﻋﻬﻢ,ﰲ ﺗﺘﻮﻟـﺪ
ﺍﻷﻣﺮ ﺃﻭﻝ ﻏﺎﻣﻀﺔ ﺗﺒﺪﻭ ﺃﺣﺰﺍﻥ ﺍﻟﻨﻔﻮﺱ,ﺍﻟﻐﻀﺐ ﳊﻈﺎﺕ ﻟﻜﻦ,ﺗﺘﻜﺮﺭ ﻣﺎ ﺍﲑﻛﺜ ﺍﻟﱵ,ﺮﻫـﺎﺠﺗﻔ
ﺑﺴﺮﻋﺔ,ﻣﻌﺎﺩﻳﺔ ﲡﻌﻠﻬﺎ,ﺎﺣﲨﻮ,ﳍﺎ ﺣﺼﺮ ﻻ ﹰﻻﺃﺷﻜﺎ ﺗﺄﺧﺬ ﺃﻥ ﻭﳝﻜﻦ.ﻋﺎﻟﻴﺔ ﺍﻟﻐﻴﻮﻡ ﺕﺮﻣ ﺇﺫﺍ ﺃﻣﺎ
ﺳﺮﻳﻌﺔ,ﻱﺪﻭﺍﻟﺘﺤ ﻭﺍﻟﺸﺘﺎﺋﻢ ﺍﳊﻘﺪ ﺑﻨﻈﺮﺍﺕ ﺍﻣﺘﻸﺕ ﻭﻗﺪ ﺃﻋﻠﻰ ﺇﱃ ﺍﻟﻮﺟﻮﻩ ﺗﺮﺗﻔﻊ ﻓﺤﻴﻨﺌﺬ!
ﻳﺪﺧﻠﻪ ﺃﻥ ﺩﻭﻥ ﺎﺘﺑﻴ ﻳﺘﺮﻙ ﻻ ﺍﻟﻘﺤﻂ ﳚﻲﺀ ﻭﺣﲔ,ﰲ ﺃﻭ ﻗﻠﺒـﻪ ﰲ ﹼﻒﻠﺨﻳﻭ ﱠﻻﺇ ﺎﻧﺇﻧﺴﺎ ﻳﺘﺮﻙ ﻭﻻ
ﺍﺮﺃﺛ ﺟﺴﺪﻩ.ﺗﻌﻮﺩﻭﺍ ﻗﺪ ﻮﻥﻨﺍﳌﺴ ﻛﺎﻥ ﻭﺇﺫﺍ,ﻃﻮﻳﻠﺔ ﻓﺘﺮﺓ ﻣﻨﺬ,ﻗﺎﺳـﻴﺔ ﺃﻳﺎﻡ ﻣﻦ ﻢ ﺮﻣ ﻣﺎ ﻟﻔﺮﻁ,
ﻋﻠﻰﺍﳉﻮﻉ ﺔﻀﻭﻋ ﻞﺤﹸﳌﺍ ﺳﻨﻮﺍﺕ,ﻓﻴﻬﺎ ﹼﺮﻭﻥﻜﻳﻔ ﺣﲔ ﻢﻗﻠﻮ ﲤﻸ ﺍﳌﺨﺎﻭﻑ ﻭﻛﺎﻧﺖ,ﻓﺎﻟﻜﺜﲑﻭﻥ
ﻧﻔﺴﻪ ﺑﺎﻟﺘﺼﻤﻴﻢ ﻣﻮﺍﺟﻬﺘﻬﺎ ﻋﻠﻰ ﻳﻘﺪﺭﻭﻥ ﻻ ﻏﲑﻫﻢ,ﺍﻟـﱵ ﺍﳊﺒـﻮﺏ ﻣﻦ ﺍﻟﻘﻠﻴﻠﺔ ﺍﻟﻜﻤﻴﺎﺕ ﻷﻥ
ﺎﺒﺟﺎﻧ ﺗﻮﺿﻊ,ﺍﻷﻣﺮ ﺃﻭﻝ ﻗﻮﻱ ﺑﺈﺻﺮﺍﺭ,ﺃﻭ ﺏﺮﺗﺘﺴـ ﺃﻥ ﺗﻠﺒـﺚ ﻻ ﺍﳉﻮﻉ ﺃﻳﺎﻡ ﰲ ﺍﺩﺯﺍ ﻟﺘﻜﻮﻥ
ﲣﺘﻔﻲ,ﻳﺘﺴ ﻛﻤﺎﺮﻯﺍ ﻒﳚ ﻛﻤﺎ ﺃﻭ ﺍﻟﻨﺒﻊ ﻣﺎﺀ ﺏﺮ.ﺍﳌﻀـﲏ ﺍﻟﺒﺤﺚ ﳏﺎﻭﻻﺕ ﺫﻟﻚ ﺑﻌﺪ ﻭﺗﺒﺪﺃ
ﺍﻟﻴﻮﻡ ﺧﺒﺰ ﻋﻦ,ﺗﻈﻬـﺮ ـﺎﺒﻣﺮﻋ ﺎﺤﺷﺒ ﻟﺘﺼﺒﺢ ﻭﺍﳌﺨﺎﻭﻑ ﺍﻷﺣﺰﺍﻥ ﺗﺘﺮﺍﻛﻢ ﺍﻟﺒﺤﺚ ﻫﺬﺍ ﻭﺧﻼﻝ
ﺍﻟﺼﻐﺎﺭ ﻭﺟﻮﻩ ﰲ ﺁﺛﺎﺭﻩ,ﻭﺷﺘﺎﺋﻤﻬﻢ ﺍﻟﺮﺟﺎﻝ ﺳﻬﻮﻡ ﻭﰲ,ﻣﻦ ﺗﺘﺴﺎﻗﻂ ﺍﻟﱵ ﺍﻟﺼﻐﲑﺓ ﺍﻟﺪﻣﻮﻉ ﻭﰲ
ﻭﺍﺿﺤﺔ ﺃﺳﺒﺎﺏ ﺩﻭﻥ ﺍﻟﻨﺴﻮﺓ ﻋﻴﻮﻥ!
ﺃﺧﺮﻯ ﻣﺮﺓ ﺍﻟﻘﺤﻂ ﻪﻧﺇ.ﳍﺎ ﺣﺼﺮ ﻻ ﺃﺷﻴﺎﺀ ﺃﻣﺎﻣﻪ ﻳﺴﻮﻕ ﺫﺍ ﻫﻮ ﻭﻫﺎ,ﻛﻴـﻒ ﺃﺣـﺪ ﻳﻌﺮﻑ ﻭﻻ
ﺗﺄﰐ ﻭﻛﻴﻒ ﺍﻷﺷﻴﺎﺀ ﻫﺬﻩ ﺗﺘﺠﻤﻊ.ﺇﱃ ﺎ ﻭﻳﱰﻟﻮﻥ ﺍﻟﺒﻴﺾ ﺳﻼﻝ ﳛﻤﻠﻮﻥ ﻛﺎﻧﻮﺍ ﺍﻟﺬﻳﻦ ﻓﺎﻟﻔﻼﺣﻮﻥ

ﻭﺍﺿﺤﺔ,ﻣﺮﺍﺕ ﺑﻀﻊ ﻳﻘﻮﻟﻮﻥ ﻣﺎ ﺇﻋﺎﺩﺓ ﺇﱃ ﻳﻀﻄﺮﻭﻥ ﻛﺎﻧﻮﺍ ﻢﺇ ﺣﱴ,ﺍﻟﻔﻈـﺔ ﺍﻷﺳﺌﻠﺔ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺑﻨﺎﺀ
ﺍﳌﺪﻳﻨﺔ ﰲ ﺍﻟﺪﻛﺎﻛﲔ ﺃﺻﺤﺎﺏ ﳍﻢ ﻬﻬﺎﺟﻳﻮ ﺍﻟﱵ,ﻫـﺆﻻﺀ ﻭﺟـﻮﻩ ﺇﱃ ﻳﻨﻈﺮﻭﻥ ﻳﻜﻮﻧﻮﺍ ﱂ ﻭﺍﻟﺬﻳﻦ
ﻗﺪﺭ ﺍﻟﻨﺎﺱﺃﻃـﺮﺍﻑ ﰲ ﺑﺈﺣﻜـﺎﻡ ﺍﳌﺮﺑﻮﻃﺔ ﺍﻟﺼﻐﲑﺓ ﺍﻟﺼﺮﺭ ﺗﻠﻚ ﺇﱃ ﺃﻭ ﺍﻷﻳﺪﻱ ﺇﱃ ﻳﻨﻈﺮﻭﻥ ﻣﺎ
